Introduction
While an excellent snack in itself, sunbutter is an exceptional source of Vitamin E which disarms harmful free radicals. Since Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, sunbutter is a sure way to absorb this powerful nutrient since it is erupting in healthy fats. These sunbutter balls include minimal sugar, almost exclusively fat, and protein - making them a satiating choice for an any-time-of-day-snack to support brain health and balance hunger hormones!
