Spicy Cucumber, Watermelon & Mint Salad Copy
Keeping it healthy when it's hot. This salad is a fan favorite because it is made in minutes, pleases all palates, and lasts for days in the fridge - that is if it's not finished first!
How to make:
Add olive oil, lime, sea salt and any other herb of choice for a super simple summer side or salad.
2 cups of watermelon, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 handful of crumbled feta cheese
2 sprigs of mint, chopped
1 finely sliced jalapeño
