Introduction
A healthy lifestyle can often feel anything but easy, but it can be simple! The hard-boiled egg is an exquisite example of taking small steps to meal prep. Spend 15 minutes this week preparing these hard-boiled eggs, and feel at ease knowing you have a wholesome protein-packed choice to pair with any meal.

How to make:
Pour water and vinegar into pot. Bring to boil. Add eggs for 9.5 - 10 minutes. Depending on the altitude you live at will determine the time to boil. If you live at sea level - 9.5 minutes will give you a soft, cooked center with a slightly flaky texture. 10 minutes at a high altitude will give you the same result. Once the time is met, place eggs in an ice bath for at least 5 minutes. If you are starving, 2 solid minutes will keep your yolk warm, but keep you from burning your tongue!
Ingredients:
Desired # eggs - suggest organic, pasture-raised for the most amber & best textured yolk
Water (enough to fill a pot that fits all of your eggs with 1 inch of water above)
1/4 - 1/2 cup White vinegar
