This matcha chip smoothie contains the benefits of a salad with the taste of a milkshake!

The Matcha Mint Smoothie

How to make:

Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender until completely smooth. Add ice for more of a chilled temperature.


  • 8-10 ounces of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seed

  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite nut butter

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 2 cups of spinach

  • 1/3 of an avocado

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla collagen (preferably Vital Proteins)

  • 1/2 scoop of a plant based protein (I love Boobie or Arbonne)

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao chips
