The Matcha Mint Smoothie
This matcha chip smoothie contains the benefits of a salad with the taste of a milkshake!
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender until completely smooth. Add ice for more of a chilled temperature.
8-10 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon of hemp seed
1 tablespoon of your favorite nut butter
1 teaspoon of matcha powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of spinach
1/3 of an avocado
1 tablespoon of vanilla collagen (preferably Vital Proteins)
1/2 scoop of a plant based protein (I love Boobie or Arbonne)
1 tablespoon of cacao chips
